We are, we can, we will, we do... Conjuring a sacred temple, built not of stone, but of mind and magick. Come join us as we erect the fire circle shrine, our sacred container for the alchemical great work. In this ritual transmission, we will teach you the art and science of the mysteries encrypted in the UniFire. Work is Love made visible. Both physical and magickal energy is crucial as we create our container. We will don our hermetic hard hats and become the cosmic construction team that will build and sustain the Alchemical Fire Circle.

2-4pm      PLAYSHOP: Atlas Drumming-- Michael Wall      Bass Drum Foundations Dunduns and other low pitched drums are the solid foundation supporting the heavenly dance. The shared creation of bass drum melodies at the fire circle generates a strong energetic and melodic field within others can experience trance. Being in this joyful place of service to the community is also an ecstatic portal to your own transformation! Approaches for all skill levels toward creating and playing the power pulse of the fire circle. Rhythmic archetypes, injury free technique, multiple modalities and potent presence! Please bring two drum sticks, bass or cow skin headed drums and a willingness to play more spaces than places. Shaker, bell and clave players are welcome to join in!

2-4pm      PLAYSHOP: Co-Creational Art-- Carl Bridge      Integrating individual visions within shared intention. In this workshop we will explore the power of symbols, and how we can open ourselves to the ideas of others and truly work together. By use of visual images we will strive to create a point (or points) of focus for rituals.

2-4pm      PLAYSHOP: The Inner Mysteries-- Kenn Deigh      An experiential playshop designed to open us to the mysteries we hold within us, through movement, ritual exchange of energy, spirits and as little talking as possible. Come prepared for anything from gentle prodding to major transformation.

2-4pm        PLAYSHOP: Dana Rudikoff-- Weaving the Thread of Dance     When we gather around the fire circle, we connect with each other on many different levels and in many different ways. Dance is one of the tools we can use to explore and transform the energy of the circle. In this playshop, we will focus on the fundamentals of movement, sourcing the inner impulse to express ourselves and relating this to the interactive process of connecting with others. This playshop open to anyone who has a body and wants to feel a greater sense of ease with the modality of dance. Those who feel disconnected from or uncomfortable in their bodies are especially welcome to participate.

dancing
* transform patterns which inhibit our lives €
* revitalize our own nervous systems €
* walk in two worlds at the same time
By working directly in our bodies and not just in our heads, deep learning occurs, and learning about rhythm becomes learning about life. For anyone who enjoys expanding their awareness and aliveness, Ta Ke Ti Na is rhythm for evolution.

2-4pm     PLAYSHOP: Fire Choir -- Jason Cohen     The fire choir will explore vocal magic inside and outside the sacred fire circle. With our voices we will work and play with the powers of creation and healing. While recognizing silence and working with honoring space and honing listening skills, we will get out of the way and let the sacred flow come through us. We will listen for softer voices within the fire circle, and will support one another's offerings. One who wishes to be initiated into the fire choir is one who wishes to attain balance between giving and receiving, listening and expressing, and the feminine and masculine divine energies. If there is a chant you would like to share and teach, please bring it along. All levels of experience are welcome.
2-4pm       PLAYSHOP: Spoken Word and the Bard at Work Around the Fire-- Meredith Davis Have you ever wanted to feel more comfortable speaking in front of a group? Bring your words or any that inspire you, either on paper or in your memory banks. Here we will workshop the art of delivering spoken word performance both on stage and around the fire. Wear loose comfortable clothing; we're going to warm up with a little movement and vocalization.
